These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Onflux. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Onflux, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Onflux is a subscription-based software-as-a-service application that helps travel agents build, brand, and share client travel itineraries. Features and functionality may evolve over time.
Onflux is offered on two plans. Solo is $30 per month, or $300 per year. Agency is $75 per month, or $750 per year, includes three seats, and additional seats are $15 per month or $150 per year each, up to 25 seats. Both plans begin with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time before then to avoid being charged. Before checkout, the price, trial length, and billing frequency are clearly disclosed, and you must affirmatively agree before any charge is made.
California subscribers: in accordance with California’s automatic renewal law, we disclose all subscription terms clearly before you pay, obtain your affirmative consent, and provide a simple cancellation path directly within your billing settings. You can cancel online at any time without contacting support.
You may cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, monthly or yearly.

You retain ownership of the itineraries and other content you create in Onflux (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the service to you.

Agents are solely responsible for the content they create and share through Onflux, including its accuracy and its compliance with applicable law. Onflux is not responsible or liable for User Content created by account holders.
When you use Onflux to store information about your clients, including names, contact details, travel documents, and preferences, Onflux acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller for that personal data under applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR and CCPA.
As the data controller, you are responsible for:
Onflux implements appropriate technical safeguards including encryption at rest for sensitive fields (such as passport numbers and dates of birth), row-level security so that each agent’s client data is strictly isolated, and encryption in transit for all data. Onflux does not sell or share client data entered by agents with third parties.
All marketing emails we send include a working unsubscribe link, a valid physical mailing address, and honest, non-deceptive subject lines. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; we will still send essential service-related messages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onflux and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Onflux is a software platform. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel, and we do not give travel advice. We do not sell, book, resell, arrange, or act as agent for any flight, hotel, cruise, tour, transfer, insurance, or other travel product. We hold no seller-of-travel registration in any jurisdiction and do not claim any.
You are the travel professional. Everything you build, quote, send, or promise to your clients is yours, and you are solely responsible for its accuracy, including prices, availability, dates, supplier terms, insurance, and visa, passport and entry requirements. Your contract with your traveller is between you and them; Onflux is not a party to it.
Parts of Onflux (the AI assistant, AI import, and Onflux Automations) generate draft content using AI. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or invented. Every draft is presented to you for review, and nothing is sent to your client without your approval unless you have explicitly asked us to enable automatic sending on your account.
You must verify every factual claim in a draft before it reaches a traveller. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose, and we do not guarantee any booking, revenue, or business outcome from using these features.
Where you approve it, Onflux sends email that appears to come from you. In that relationship:
Onflux Automations is a bespoke setup plus a monthly service, priced per advisor. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once build work has started. The monthly service is month-to-month and either party may end it with 30 days' notice. “Support” means help operating the service and adjusting your configuration. It does not include writing your content for you or guaranteeing any result. No booking, revenue, or time-saving outcome is promised.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
