Last updated: May 30, 2026

Onflux respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Designated agent

Onflux has registered a designated agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement. All notices and counter-notices should be sent to dmca@onflux.co.

Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe content on Onflux infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following five elements:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content so we can locate it.
  3. Your contact information, including name, address, email address, and phone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user.

Counter-notice procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@onflux.co that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which Onflux may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat infringer policy

Onflux will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
